How to Delete Your Data Automatically
To permanently delete your WMTAN account and all associated data across the ecosystem (including WMTAN Health, Clone Mini Love, and Wiki Maps), you can initiate the process directly from your account settings.
- Log in to your WMTAN ID Portal account.
- Navigate to the Security tab in your account dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Verify your current password and confirm the deletion.
Request Deletion Without Logging In
If you no longer have access to the app or cannot log in to your account, you can submit a manual data deletion request to our support team. We will process your request within 72 hours.

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Body: The email address associated with your account.
For security reasons, we will send a confirmation link to that email to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- All personally identifiable information (PII) including email, phone number, and biographic data will be permanently erased.
- All user-generated content, health data, and preferences across all WMTAN apps will be destroyed.
- Active subscriptions will be immediately canceled without refund.
- A minimal, anonymized audit log will be retained for 5 years strictly for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
